The filter head is equipped with an AQUASTOP at the water inlet. This allows for a change of filter without having to interrupt the mains’ water supply. The filter can be changed by turning the filter 1/3rd of a turn inside of the filter head. Three sealing stages ensure permanent sealing.
The 2-micron sediment filtration stage consists of polypropylene thread and Microfield silver thread to protect against bacteria and biofilm whilst capturing sand, rust, mud and course particles.
The 0.5-micron activated carbon antibacterial filtration stage is made with 100% natural coconut shell carbon. Eliminating chemical compounds, heavy metals, hormones, and drug residues. The activated carbon also removes unpleasant odours and tastes from the filtered water.
Mineral + stage introduces selected minerals such as magnesium, calcium and other trace elements to restore the water’s natural vitality.
pH + stage, the water is made alkaline by the pH + granules. The pH value can be increased up to 8pH. The water counteracts acidification of the human body.
