A DIFFERENT WAY TO MANAGE TOILET WASTE
– FREEDOM FROM CONVENTIONAL FLUSHING –
Conventional flushing toilets require water and infrastructure to transport, store or treat waste.
Depending on the property, that may mean extensive plumbing, sewer connections, septic systems or blackwater tanks.
The NeverDump – Electric takes a different approach
Instead of flushing waste away, the appliance uses electric incineration at 650 °C + to process toilet waste within a dedicated combustion chamber.
The remaining ash is collected for periodic removal.
– NO CONNECTED FLUSHING WATER REQUIRED –
The NeverDump – Electric does not require a conventional flushing water connection.
This reduces dependence on stored water for toilet flushing, particularly valuable in locations where water availability matters.
– NO SEPTIC OR SEWER CONNECTION –
The NeverDump – Electric provides an alternative for buildings without convenient access to conventional toilet sewer infrastructure and avoids the cost of installing and maintaining a septic system.
Other household wastewater from showers, sinks, kitchens and laundry must still be managed appropriately.
– WASTE TO STERILE ASH –
The controlled incineration process significantly reduces the volume of toilet waste, leaving residual ash in the appliance’s removable collection pan.
Every 50 cycles the ash should be removed and disposed of as simply as any ash from a fire. The NeverDump – Electric will signal when the ash pan requires attention with both a flashing icon and audible prompts.
No flushing. No blackwater. A different waste management routine.

HOW THE NEVERDUMP – ELECTRIC WORKS
– HOW TO USE THE NEVERDUMP – Electric –
Rather than flushing waste into a sewer or tank, the NeverDump – Electric processes waste within the appliance.
Its operation combines an approved disposable bowl liner, electric incineration, dedicated ventilation and a removable ash collection system.
STEP 1 – PREPARE
Fit a new NeverDump bowl liner before every use.
The liner is an essential part of the procedure as it contains the waste. The bowl of the NeverDump – Electric is not designed to hold fluids and minimizes the chances of waste contaminating the bowl surfaces.
STEP 2 – USE
Use the toilet as per normal. You do not require special single ply (high risk) toilet paper. And you flush everything unlike other solutions which can not process regular amounts of toilet paper.
STEP 3 – FLUSH / INITIATE INCINERATION
Close the soft close lid, the lid has an integrated safety device that ensures incineration can not be started or is interrupted if the lid is not full closed.
Press the Flame to initiate a flush, the bowl drops the liner and waste into the insulated ash pan. the electric incineration process begins with internal temperatures of 650 °C +. The ventilation system draws in fresh air and carries exhaust outside.
STEP 4 – INCINERATION / COOLING
The appliance completes the programmed incinerating and cooling stages with each flush. The process can be interrupted during the flush cycle to be used at stage.
Electrical power must remain connected throughout incineration and cooling.
STEP 5 – REMOVE ASH
Residual ash collects in the removable ash pan.
The NeverDump – Electric will notify users when the ash pan requires emptying with an illuminated icon on the control panel and audio advice.
ON GOING MAINTENANCE
Ash removal, steaming the catalyst periodically and checking intake and exhausts is all the maintenance requirements

What should I do if a warning light starts flashing?
You should immediately identify and resolve the cause of the light. If you notice any abnormal issues like odors, poor incineration, or general malfunctions after troubleshooting, address them promptly to prevent damage or costly repairs.
What happens if there is a power outage during incineration?
If there is a sudden power outage during incineration, you may experience temporary odours from inside the toilet and smoke/odours in the pipes. When power is restored, the incineration process will not start automatically, so you need to press the “Incineration Key” again to start the incineration cycle.
What if the power outage lasts longer than 2 hours?
If the power outage is expected to exceed 2 hours, immediately empty all residue from the ash collection container. If left in the toilet for a long time, it may damage the appliance. Do not use this toilet during a power outage.
Is it oudourless?
Yes, the catalytic filter prevents any odours when in use.
If there is an odour indoors or outdoors it can be from one of the following:
– Not replacing the bowl liner before each use, or improper placement of the bowl liner.
– Blocked exhaust. Please check the exhaust pipe and rain cap.
– Check if the exhaust pipe is installed according to the specifications in this manual.
– Multiple bends in the exhaust pipe can cause poor exhaust and lead to odors.
– The catalytic filter temperature is too low. When the ambient temperature is very low, it takes a few minutes for the catalytic filter to reach its normal operating temperature.
– The catalytic filter may be corroded or damaged. Please contact for repair.
