AUTARX allows you to not only process water from external sources, but it also allows you to reuse your otherwise single use grey water as a water source.
Turning 100 litres of fresh water into 800 to 1,000 litres of fresh water.
By arranging filter stages that become increasingly finer, the incoming water is processed. It’s like having your own mini waterworks on the go.

Stage One: Is an external 5″ sediment filter, which retains coarse contaminants. The transparent filter housing allows the degree of contamination to be visually identified, and the filter insert to be cleaned or replaced.

Stage Two: The next filtration takes place via an activated carbon block filter, the filtration rate here is already very high. As a result, around 99% of all free chlorine particles, chlorine-based solvents, hydrocarbon-based flavourings, as well as 85% of chlorine-based pesticides as well as multi-aromatic compounds, phenol, benzene and other organic substances with a size of more than 5-micron are filtered out of the water.

Stage Three: At the heart of the system is the high-performance, low-pressure reverse osmosis filter, with a filter pore size of 0.0001-microns, raw materials that are larger than a water molecule are retained and separated from the pure water. To extend the filter’s efficiency, the system includes a flushing process that washes the dirty side. This is not a backwashing function as the system is designed to only ever have pure processed water on the clean side of the filter which connects directly to the water tank.

Stage Four: The filtered pure water is passed through another activated carbon block filter.

Stage Five: To ensure maximum microbiological safety, a hollow fibre ultrafiltration membrane is the final filtration stage.

Stage Six: UV-C Disinfection via a powerful UV-C LED, deactivating harmful pathogens such as viruses, bacteria and other microorganisms on demand without chemicals before the fresh water is returned to your desired tank.

Processing is managed by a in line timer tat runs pre programmed cycle times to protect the pressure pump from over heating.

Flushing is managed via manual valves and connection to the pressurised fresh water system.

The flowmeter included in the scope of delivery visualizes the amount of water processed for managing each tanks capacity and filter set life.

Depending on the model and contamination levels, the filters require replacing after 8,000 to 10,000 litres

AUTARX is available with either 12V or 24V pumps to best suit your individual installation along with the required tank bulkhead connections, push-fit connections and pipes.

This technology creates a cycle that allows you to enjoy your freedom for a longer period, independent of the fresh water supply.

AUTARX AUTOMATION is available to automat processing and flushing functions.
